We match this information against CTV's proprietary database to determine the systems and networks for your strategic target. We utilize our historical data and research to determine the best rates offered.

We get local cable ratings for the demo and networks using Nielsen LPM or quarter hour ratings. We then prepare a proposal to fit your objectives and submit it for approval. After acceptance we send a confirmation of your order.

Once you've confirmed the buy, CTV negotiates the rates and sends you a contract. Make-goods out of daypart/program are submitted for written approval. CTV electronically matches the vendor affidavits to the order. Our proprietary software, Customer Invoice Audit, CIA, produces an audited summary of what was ordered to what was delivered. We then provide this summary, along with the EDI match report to you.
